Educational visit to the Port of Volos

On Friday 1/12/2017 at 10:00-12:00 took place a training visit to the Commercial Port of Volos in the framework of the undergraduate courses “Design and Operation of Marine Systems” and “Design and Evaluation of Transportation Systems”.

The undergraduate students and the TTLog team had the opportunity to be guided at the premises of the commercial port and to be informed by Mr. Panayiotis Fevgas, head of the terminal traffic office, about the loading and unloading process of cargo ships, the port’s electromechanical equipment and the traffic of the commercial port in terms of cargo volumes.
